Hi Feb,
Those are some great goals for this month, dealing with today and building for the future, which is something that almost everyone on here will have forgotten about at some point during our gambling sessions. Staying positive and optimistic is so much easier when the weather is good, and hope it is sunny and nice wherever you are today, it sure is out in West Wales.
Well done for (nearly) sixteen months gamble free,
Ryan
Thank you Sandra and Ryan for your lovely comments.

Hi Feb,
I haven't read through all your posts, not because they are not really refreshing, because they are and inspiring to, but my eyes are just giving up on me after a while reading.
Goals are very important in life the small ones as much as the big ones, without goals we wouldn't know where to go or why.
And just look back how far your week to week strategy brought you already and with keeping day X in mind, the day when the debts are payed off, you can carry on your well worth journey on the bright side of life.
Well done mate you can be proud of you and I'm sure your beloved ones are very proud of you.
Respect mate keep it going I will surely follow your posts
Wolfgang
Thanks Wolfgang.

MONTH. 16. WEEKLY UPDATE.
Another gamble free week flies by. All good in Feb's world - well as good as can be so can't ask for much more than that!
Got my family coming to celebrate Easter at mine tomorrow so very busy today, baking and cooking. Can't wait though. Thinking back to the time when I hardly had a penny in my purse for practically the whole of the month!! That's what an obsession with gambling led to. Today however, another element of normality returns - I have a packed full fridge and drinks cupboard ready for my guests, I have my sister's Birthday present bought and all wrapped and ready for tomorrow. Yes, tomorrow is another milestone which contributes to leading me back to my life before gambling.
Have a lovely Easter everyone.
Feb - Feeling excited on "The Bright Side of the Road"
P.s. May now start going from weekly updates to monthly pay day updates.

Hey Feb,
Thank you for your kind words on my tread. You are so right, life is so much better without this self destruction crossing our path. Head is clear, peace and calmness is such a nice feeling...I still remember that day I stopped, admitted I have a problem and reached out for help. The day I started the journey to better my life as well as everyone's around me. Memories are still there, but that's all it is - memories of the wrong choices I tended to make.
Hope you are well my friend, you sound in such a great place yourself, I'm more than happy for you 🙂
Keep cruising on a bright side of the road
Our friend Julie is well. She is not on diaries anymore but surely keeping the fight going :-)))
Upwards and onwards girls!!! 🙂
Take care
