This check in couldn't have come at a better time for me.
I am working alone in the country, and some thoughts have been slipping into my mind! I haven't acted on them, nor will I act on them. This check in has reminded me how far I have come!

I am in truth gutted that flagg has not maintained this thread in 2013 I was removed from the thread due to my episode of gambling and I am looking forward to putting that demon to bed so to speak.

hey guys, feels like a long time since i logged in to this site!
i am sorry to say that i havent managed to stay bet free!
i have just come to an end of a week long gambling binge and have lost half of my savings which i worked so hard at building over the past 6 months.
i am pleased with the progress i made, i hope i can get back on the straight and narrow.
