Another gamble free day, another success. Getting boring now posting the same things time after time - however, that was my downfall last time, when I stopped posting.

Keep strong and keep away.

Hey Shaun,

Congrats on your outstanding achievement! I'am on a program for myself to lose weight and get back in shape. It's consists of a lot of fish, vegetables and egg beaters. I cut all fast food out, and only cook with virgin olive oil. Absolutely no sweets of any kind at all. I use fresh fruits in place of that. Only water and diet soda, no caffeine either. I try to limit the diet soda to 1 or 2 cans a day. My goal is to lose 35 lbs by August 1. Join me if you like, it will take you mind off of gambling thoughts, I promise you that. I'am moving on Monday into my new place, but already signed up at the gym down the street from me. I will be doing a lot more walking and using the gym. Have a great weekend.

Hi all

Need to knuckle down from here, this is where I slipped up last time - getting cocky and thinking I have this beat. I have only made a start, a good start BUT ONLY A START.

good luck all.

Hey Shawn,

Keep focused, that's the key and keep your mind busy. Have you started any healthy eating program? I know you were saying you wanted to. Stay strong!
