Today I am proud to say I am 89 days gambling free. Not going to lie it’s been hard every time I have money my mind slips for a minute thinking I’ll head over to the slots. But then that urge goes. Since being back on gam care I got the support and went over to gam stop to activate the block on bookies shops. Also banning online sites. I’m happy I have finally say. I no longer gamble.
