Hi all im new to this site. Im here for the same reason as everyone else i want to stop gambling but i know i cant do it alone! I managed to stop myself gambling for just under 2 years but then when i thought i could control myself 1 small bet started me off on a downward spiral! I cant stay off the roulette machine in the bookies as much as i tell myself i wont do it again deep down i know i cant stop myself. Im going to try and give this a real go now. Ive gambled earlier on today so my day 1 will be tomorrow!
Got through my first dsy yesterday without gambling and without the urge to gamble feeling very good and positive today and I just hope it continues!
