Good early Friday morning fellow gamcarers!
So the day to kick start the challenge and march through 90 days g free has come..
Seat belts on, prayers said - off we go!!!
Sandra is checking in for the first week and would love to see all the names joining me by the end of today..if you forget - no worries, i shall give you a nudge 😉 ..if you fall (God forbid) you do what we all are doing in this quest; stand up, dust yourself down and accept that supportive hand to help you on the way...

Ok..boot camp introduction finished and i honestly wish with all my heart that each and single one of us will reach the end of this challenge with flying colours and have the understanding of ourselves and addiction a lot better!
