Hi Sandra, am so sorry I didn't check in on Friday, I am still here though, safe and sound and 69 days gamble free, had an e-mail from one of my old favourite sites and they are closing down, must be because I am no longer using them!! Hope everyone is having s good weekend x

Has been a good week for many of us and only one "regular" failed to check in. Ginge, hope all is well in ur world and you're keeping safe.
Week 11 close to completing and only few check ins left until the challenge is over.WOW!!! am very proud of you all, i do hope it helped at least few of you. 90 days of freedom is truly safe foundation set for the journey ahead. It can be done soldiers...
