Hi E!

How you keeping?

Glad to see your still going strong.I think we all get to a stage on here where we don't have alot to say cause there comes a point where we're just living as good a normal life as can be.And thats good.Just means we're well away from gambling.

Hows the smoking going?

All my best.

VIggo.

Hiya E, thanks for the post, pleased to read that you not posted on your diary cause all is well, some of us post when all is well and some of us post when all is not well, we are all different. Sounds like you are into the Olympics, hope you enjoy.

I know what you say about excluding from the Bookies, cause now that seems to be where I go, this time last year I wouldn't be seen anywhere near, but now I really think they are a good place to go, I know that is really not right.

Take care, thanks again, will keep in touch, need to get my head sorted out and in the right frame of mind. Hugs x

Hi Guys Thankyou for the posts,

All is well, havent been on as my computer gave up the ghost made a funny noise then nothing, taken a while to able to afford to have it fixed.

Enjoyed every moment of the olympics,i ran every lap, swam every length and rowed every stroke ,screamed at the telly and woke LO up a few times while supporting team GB.lol

Still struggling financially but getting through each month.Had a week off work last week went camping for a few days with the ex and kids had a great time, had a long chat with ex about new missus as LO is getting upset everytime she is around so its agreed that if LO is around she is not, shes not happy but i dont care he is only three and dosent understand.

Anyhoo really not much else to say life goes on in its up and down way but im still not gambling:0)

Will pop on to everyones diaries soon

Staying strong

E xx

Hiya Libby..

Glad to see you are still here.....computers eh?.pshh.

It did cross my mind about you going camping as I know you were wanting to go this year...and it sounds like you have found a happy medium with your ex.....one less stress and good plan about the LO.

Still strong and still on the right path hun...I've pretty much run out of things to say on my diary so I roam..stalker like ...lol ....and read others threads.......

Its been life changing in the same way as everyone on here but now I can see some sort of a future other than just blackness.

I think you were right about taking time to get over things..I was just so fed up sat in sludge and tried to force time to move on...now its happened naturally.

Hoping the cubs are all well and you still pop in to roar if you need to....

Keeping strong hun...and big thanks to you for switching the lightbulb on for me when I was in the dark...

hugs

Rach and Dotty xx

Sorry to hear about your computer but hey, it's just a little thing that we can cope without for a bit.

No wonder your kids had a great time camping - no access to computers or having a room full of gadgets. Just time with family and kids' imaginations running wild.

It just goes to show how dependent society has become on technology. I do think that it would be good for families to decide to switch technology off for a while in order to build up great relationships with the children.

As for the Olympics, wasn't it great?!

Hi E,

that is great news that your ex is co-operating about his girlfriend. sometimes these things can turn into a real battlefield, but at least he has agreed for LO's sake.

I loved the olympics too, as I think it was just a great positive focus, and they stopped moaning on about the recession on the news for a bit : )

Hope you feel a bit refreshed after your break away. Even though we are skint, I think we are going to try and get away somewhere for a couple of days. It isn't healthy stopping in such a sh*thole all the time , lol

Take care,

f x
