Accepting the problems

One of the hardest things to do is to accept that there is an issue with your computer ie your mind. We gamble for a hundred different reasons and we may be knee-deep in .... but we will always have a hard time accepting that there is a problem till the angst and pain and depression drops anchor and almost turns the boat upside down.

Ask yourself some questions.

Do you want to wait till the chaos is too overwhelming to bear?

Is this behaviour you are doing going to be acceptable for the ones you love and who love you.

Is there any reason not to stop and walk away?

Why are you here today?

The Last one is important because it is the hardest one to awnser. Most triggers are done with no plans and mostly on automatic. 

Most conversations are self-loathing and disgust thoughts because you are not happy where you are.

Ask questions. Make pictures in your head where you climb into the cockpit of your mind and take the wheel if only for 5 mins. If you can get out of bed in the morning you can also do this. It works on the same principles.
