Well done for taking the first step & welcome to the forum it does really help to read others posts and you will have lots of support. Put your losses behind you and look to the future being gamble free!!! I have been back and forward on here many times and always been drawn back in by the little devil in my head that tells me to gamble, but not this time I am on Day 7 today my first full week. Hope you can remain strong and beat this addiction, take care J x

I had a gamble tonight 🙁 feel so guilty, was so desperate for a gamble free month. Day 1 again tomorrow, fingers crossed. Good luck to you and well done x

Don't feel guilty feel angry, and not at yourself but this bloody demon of gambling. Remember this is not going to be easy and in the early days there will be temptation all over the place and some days you'll say no, but some you wont be able to.

It doesn't make you a bad person but simply a human with a gambling addiction.

I think this is going to become my mantra but fighting gambling is a war whereby you will have small battles that you win and occasionally you'll lose. But the important thing is to keep fighting because the war is never lost.

Keep posting on here and you'll get all the support you need.

Hi , let me wish you the very best against the devilish gambling addiction,its hard and you have to be honest with yourself ,do not keep money on you,do not carry cash cards,get diary routines ,keep busy...be strong!!!its not easy!!!dont lie towards gambling,keep strong!
