Day 33..... yesterday was hard loads of urges but managed to get through it, still finding it hard to let go of the money i have lost but know this is an important step in moving forward. Going through a sticky patch at the minute but determind to get through it.

Ohh those sticky patches, they sadly come and ago like bad colds, but if we take the right medicine (so to speak lol) they don't last long, great going on 33 days,

Every time you win over the sticky times it makes you stronger, forget your losses you will never get them back, but if you gamble again to try and win them, your debt will be a 100% worse.

Think of what you are winning now, not what you have lost.

Keep strong and keep winning.

Well done mate on reaching the big 50. The days are starting to mount up for you . At the start 50 seems so far away and unacheivable but look at you now. I now think how bad it would be having to start again at 1 and that is what drives me forward and keeps me going on this journey. think of it like the snooker u r watching. U are now building a nice break up and there has been difficult shots and more to come but with thinking a couple of moves ahead you are heading for a century break. Keep up the good work.

Hi chartom

Fantastic achievement reaching 63 days

But........you need to lose the negative thoughts as they will drag you back into gambling. They are stunting your recovery....its history...move forward and enjoy peace of mind.

Stay strong
