I have been paid today, cleared my credit card, gone from -2100 in the red to -920. 1 more pay check and out of debt.

41 days gamble free. Don't think about gambling anymore, and also strangely enough I am noticing a lot of upsets in sports. Warinka out first round at Wimbledon with All blacks dawings with the lions.

It definitely gets MUCH easier if you have the self discipline to stop for at least a week.
