Hi Annie, same problem here I gamble thousands a day around £5000 a month on average waste of time money health for over 15 years lost a fortune. I even travel diff cities to gamble today is my day 1 I lost yesterday again too £3000 in two weeks it’s just complete waste of money and I made my final promise today on my life and family’s life and swore to god it’s all over now not ever sticking with my promise for life. It’s sick when losing afterwards think of family and what you could have done with money-) I have also done the following chopped all cards up don’t have access to money and also perhaps use iPhone wallet to pay for things as can’t take money out on it. Mmm also block online with gamcare and all bookies casinos through Moses and self exclusion I am banned in my whole city but as gamblers we will travel anywhere to lose our money.
