I have gambled for over 10 years and now need to stop. Feb 5th is day 1.

I have had a lot of day ones. LOL. You're not alone. We need to support one another. My favorite quote is by Nelson Mandela, "It is never too late... to do the right thing" maybe this will help a little.

Thank you and good luck on your journeys. I started gambling on 8th April 2013 so its been far too long and I’ve lost far too much. I know I really want to stop but have to find ways of stopping the restlessness.
