I was 17 days gamble free not a huge achievement in the grand scheme of things but great for me...until I had an overwhelming urge, I actually did win and banked but have continued to play luckily I am coming to my senses before I squander all the money meant for holiday savings away... why oh why do we do this to ourselves and our families? I will overcome this problem, I will not gamble tonight and tomorrow is a new day 🙂

Nine days for me friend.

Sorry you had a slip, could have been worse. At least you've been honest and also been strong enough to come away.

My challenge is for this weekend, my guard is up and feeling tough.

Love peace

Honesty is the best policy the only person we lie to is ourselves , we'll done though for realising and getting back on track and that takes great strength after a slip the strength will get stronger and stronger

The only way to win is not to place that first bet but I know too well that's easier said than done

Keep trying my friend that's sometimes all we can do it a certainty is life is so much better without gambling involved
