Hi sue

Yeah I can remember you saying you had a family member who played for boro but you never told me who he was. You said you didn't want to give to much information about yourself.

DAY 23

I hope you are to mark. Life s**t when you are a gambler, in the end you lose everything that matters

No thoughts of gambling at all at the minute. I just put me debt to the back of me mind and try and forget about it

Hi boro

24 days well done I know what you mean about the debts mine come to the front when I get paid but then I try to put them at the back so I can stay positive at least they are going down even if slowly and we know it won't permanent as long as we keep abstaining

otherwise the debt could be even worse and that's not worth thinking about

Keep strong determined and positive

Suzanne xx

day 26 days gamble free

No thoughts what so ever to gamble. Got me mind set right at the moment. I no in the future im going to get urges but everything in place to stop me. No accounts on line phoned up and banned for the max term.

Debt at the back of me mind like I have said if I didn't it would drive me mad and make me feel depressed
