Day 41 gamble free

feeling really positive that I have finally realised that I can,t gamble. I never beat it, but keeping away from any form of gambling will not make me go in a trance were all I want to do is have that next spin on the roulette and will not stop until I have won or lost all me money

Hi boro

Keep winning and clocking those days up

One day at a time those debts will go down and the rewards of abstaining will go up

Keep going and stay strong

Suzanne x

Boro

It will feel better as you pay them off cos you will never pay them off by gambling they will only accumulate and give you more misery

Ok days are far better than sick desparate and self disgust days after having gambled

Keep going

Well done on 42 days

Suzanne x
