Well done mate the big 50 will be a great achievement. The boro were rubbish on sat but hopefully just a bad day at the office. The keeper is worrying though!

Thanks for your kind words Graeme

You have past the 50 day mark well done

I am finding now I am thinking more about the debt than gambling and this can be dangerous because this is when the addiction can suck us back in

Stay focused and strong keep going, the debt will only go down as long as we abstain and maintain

53 days gambling free

What a load of S***e the boro are but nevermind. Gambling wise no thoughts whatsoever. It will be in 4 or 5 months time when I have to guard against complacency because that's when I have me money build back up again and that's when I think I can gamble again. But not this time

Well done mate and you're right about the boro! You've got a good way of thinking about things and I'm similar-i know I won't gamble in the near future because I can't, but when/if I ever get money that's when the real problems will have to be faced and complacency sets in.

Hi Graeme

You are doing great

Try not to think about negatives in the future think of today because you are winning today and that is a very big positive

One day at a time moving forwards not backwards

Have a good day
