77 days gamble free

Just over 3 weeks to the century I can guarantee they will be a few more to come

Looking at paper today and looked at the horse racing pages and thought to myself I miss having a bet on the horse but I no I cant because that leads to roulette. Roulette is my enemy and it will not defeat me again

What a performance mark I was well proud never seen out like that I thought it was never going to end. The pens were a bonus because I thought we were out, then sterling made that mistake. But what was keeper doing for Liverpool first goal. I be gutted if we don't get in playoffs this season. Tomlin clayton and k**e were excellent like and I think we will struggle to keep reach. Saying that they was no weak leak really

Hi Graeme,

82 days today well done.

Life is calm without gambling in it isn't it, so there is no point whatsoever in going back.

Onwards and forwards and stay strong.

84 days gamble free

Had kids today when I dropped them off at they new home because they have just moved they mam said do you want to come in and have a look. I had to say no and say its got nothing to do with me she was shocked when I said no. I wanted to go in but I have to be strong, she would have only bragged about the house any way. Still hurts enormously and I do still love her but that's the past

I know exactly how you feel on that score , my ex loves to bragg about what she just got , although my situation a little different but wont bore you with the details , your doing so well , day 84 , well really happy for you , I think my penny has dropped we will see . The scary thing is there doesn't seem to be any let up in the amount of new people on here with gambling problems , surely something has got to give regarding gambling , or is even though a lot of people with this problem its still a small enough percentage of the population so no one cares , who knows anyway , whats done is done , lets carryon, feeling a bit more positive today after a lot of reading on here
