Don,t need anymore reinforcements mate. Everything in place for me to succeed this time. Went over 300+ days the last time even more prepared this time. I never beat the addiction mate but when them urges come along I fight them off

Excellent battle plan. I went 110 days earlier this year then got over run, thought I was cured. On day 20 and looking forward to 50 and 100 etc. 300+ is major!

Yeah I was the same last chance I thought I was cured but I wasn't.Things spiralled out of control when I started again and I hit the bottom with a massive thud and still picking the pieces up now. But that's the past they a bright future ahead hopefully

I had another diary but the only log in details I can remember are for last chance. Couldn't bring myself to update the diaries back to day 1 again. I might take your advise and just continue with the last chance diary.
