Yeah absolutely mate and I think the only way we can see the light and make these observations is time away from the machine, the fog slowly starts to clear and you realise that playing them is just a waste of your life. Keep going.Â

Everything going to plan not played on the fobt for a while now and don’t think about playing them. I have ordered the new Middlesbrough strips £100 for both treated myself. Life’s  a  lot less stressful without playing fobtÂ

I was thinking about you today as sometimes when you go quiet for a bit I fear the worst! But such good news about leaving those machines behind you now.
