I have been sick for over 10 days now and christ I feel like having a bet. I suppose the thing that keeps me going is that it's so hard to stop once your going so that I am not going back to messing up my wife and kids life. I can't do the rows or the missed events. I feel abit better today so slowly does it and hopefully next Sunday is 150
