life is hell

​lost 445 in the casino yesterday. and decideds i must stop gambling altogether..

last time i came here was in 2010, when i lost 5000 pounds in one year.
the amount of money lost since then ----
2011, lost nothing, 50pounds up for the year
2012, lost 2000
2013, lost 2500
2014, lost 1500, was gambling almost everyday, win and lost big
2015, lost 2700, this is too much now
2016, lost 1000, jan - march, 3 months... decides to stop gambling for life from now.....

Hi mate

The amount of money you have lost is pretty small compared to what it will be if you don't stop, mine must be well into 6 figures easily and then some, thing is you have to totally let that go, the money is gone, you have to kind of forget about it unless its part of ''bloody expensive lesson learnt'' thinking
