Hi allyc,

Well done on over 7 days, you have a choice to either gamble or abstain, when you really want to stop you can do it, it's not easy but by abstaining and maintaining one at a time, and committing yourself to recovery, you can achieve this, because gambling only makes life worse, it can never fix your life.

Keep making that right choice one day at a time, no matter how hard life is, and win every day.

Suzanne xx

Cheers for those kind word Suzanne much appreciated. Had some real bad urges today but haven't gave in trying too keep myself busy as I don't start my work till 3pm. I am going too have these urges at the early stages as I have been hear before., all my betting accounts are self excluded for a reason. Saturday is always the hardest day as it's the best day for sports. A see west ham is 1 up against city which is a shocker. I am going too sit back an watch all the shock results come through an become stronger on my road too recovery 🙂
