Just spent the last two days in front of a computer screen losing 3000 pounds
the dam roulette wheel strikes again!!
i ve been here before so many times,but I never learn!!my longest stint away is 200 days last year but once you start it's hard to stop.
starting a new diary to try and help me focus. I ve been reading a lot of diaries lately and can see how this disease effects so many people.
This time I m going to stop for good, how many times have us compulsive gamblers told ourselves this???? But I ve got to focus on something rather then gambling/roulette so stopping for good it is!!!!.
