Im going to start a diary on here at some point today.Writing things down i find really helps me to stay focused.
I like exercisr i run well plod around🤣I like park runs.I go to the gym a few times a week and i love swimming.I also have 2 grandchildren that keep me busy!
Ive done so much overtime over the padt few months which i was going to save but its all gone on gambling.
The last time i gambled was horrendous i just couldnt stop .Eventually i ran out of money and the cash machine wouldnt give me anymore but i know if i cluld of carried on i would anc i would have spent all my bills money.Somehow.I have always left enough money for my direct debits so am not behi d on them which is a positive.
