Having joined the site on 28-12-2017 due to being in a very dark place, I have managed to stay away from the roulette machines that almost destroyed me and my family. My self respect and confidence has improved along with my finances, looking back now, it's hard to believe how bad things had got.
At times it has not been easy, especially the first few weeks where I felt so guilty about the wretched person I had become. I have not written a diary throughout the year so wanted to give an update, and to say thanks for all the great advice I received at the time. I took it on board and it has made a positive difference to my life.
