Midnight and here I am posting as I got in about an hour ago.
Almost back to normal health wise . Struggling eating just finished my second bowl of shredded wheat in 4 days . This bug has really made me loose my apatite .
But as they say every cloud has a silver lining, so might have lost a stone , next week if it doesn't return lol

So there I was arrow right of the middle . Energised by Duncs thread, feeling the best I felt in weeks , ready to take on the world !!!
Then I read today's article in one of today's papers about increasing the number of FOBT s in bookies and arcades .
I was touched with a great sadness.
But I suppose selfishly I have to keep myself well, so I must concentrate on that.
So the arrow moved , still above my middle , but not as much as I was half hour ago .
