Thanks Sandra giving up addictions is not easy is it ? But can be done I have enough armour on me now to protect he's called my son I could ruin his childhood if I do and that's selfish I have massive mental battles some days with myself these were the days where I would sit in my local bookies for 6 hours eat bad food then go out and get drunk at night realised the pattern and it's hard to change one of them let alone all of them but I'm working on all of them now really peeling back the skin on the onion learning about me more every day anyway day 163 have good day all x

Way out was jesus , praying to him And wise Council

There are many good preaches on YouTube on gambaling that I listened to and still went back and gambled But I'm free and came across this forum And I feel for everybody struggling God loves you all and can help you how he helped me Please don't hesitate to respond I can show you guys some great resources And tell you how only through jesus I got free and how you can too

Day 166 hope everyone well day off with my little boy today and bit of gym later life is good sometimes a fight to stay away from demons but worth it addictions prey on the weak I get stronger every day x

Day 167 everything good no alcohol for couple of weeks back on schedule at gym and most importantly no sign of gambling have good day all x

Day 168 not sure I could go back to gambling now even with my strongest urge lately where I previously would have failed my mind won't let me do it too much water under bridge too much I've gone through would be too much all over again. Have good day all x

Fantastic to read that last post and great to hear that you feel the same as me as far as I couldn't gamble again because of the hard work over our abstinence so far.
