Hey Bear.

As you said, you feel different this time. Was a lapse. Important that you did not make it a relapse. Get straight back on board and carry on again. We all know that this is the best way and least disruptive and destructful to ourselves and our loved ones.

Take care Bear.

Bear

Fella, three words from me.

Blocks, blocks, blocks.

To give addiction access to 2k is a very expensive lesson.

One I hope you learn a great deal from.

The mantra for active compulsive gambler's in action will in my mind never change.

I CANNOT WIN BECAUSE I CANNOT STOP.

Recovery offers the polar opposite

I DID WIN BECAUSE I DID STOP.

Fella embrace it, enjoy it.

Abstain and maintain

Duncs stepping forward never back.
