Hi bear,

Another day in recovery journey -well done you and keep it up!

Sad to hear about DP, but recovery is such an amazing journey, he been here and he knows what is possible to achieve if we abstain and maintain. It is tough to snap from those claws of evil, we all need to reach that stage of WANTING to give it up..he will get there...he surely will!
Please just send him these 3 words from me if you can - "together we stand".

Look after yourself cause you need to stay on the guard as you do so well, ..tiny steps forward - anything is possible! Keep winning
