Thanks Suzanne day 70 indeed cbt therapy went well yesterday new job starting caused me massive anxiety an anxiety which at one point would have led me to a gamble but not going that way any more I have to be an adult I have a little boy counting on me to show him the way I can't break that it's too important this time have good day all x

Thanks Mary 🙂 day 74 Alls good here met up with 2 great friends yesterday dark place being one of them devil still has him in his pocket but I live in hope makes me quite emotional to talk about gambling with anyone nowadays I got teary last night trying to explain to my girlfriend how horrible the illness is when it grabs you but I'm not there right now I'm 26 days from the century 🙂 have good day everyone x

Thanks Suzanne 🙂 day 75 today Alls good things being paid slowly but getting there life isn't fake anymore saving to buy my girlfriend and son a newer car to be safe in they have there dad and boyfriend back getting stronger each day my old life still haunts but we march on x

Day 85 very sad day my good friend dark place has lost the plot he needs help not sure he wants it though I hope he can get through this he's been with the devil a while now I pray for him this evening x

Ohh bear, sorry to read that, Cheryl has just put a big smile on my face and then I read your news, we know this journey has highs and lows but we must continue to keep saying yes to recovery, whatever the weather, we can support folks, but we can't solve there own problems/issues, we know they have to work it out themselves.
