Day 122 one third of a year good start been suffering badly with my anxiety this week but learning and understanding how to handle it was not possible with gambling new me new thoughts new dreams have good Sunday everyone x

Day 125 stressful day at work yesterday taking a lot of c**P from boss nearly walked out but little boy at home stopped me need to think about future off to Slovakia tomorrow for 9 days so probably won't be posting take care all x

Day 134 I met a beggar in Slovakia I was told she lost her life savings on a fruit machine had a family and everything before that but now lost the plot lost her kids lost her way sad but quick reality check for me I sat watching her with my fiancГ© and 18 month old boy enough said have good day all x

Hi bear,

Good to see you going strong guns and winning the fight. Meeting that person puts everything into perspective right, we are only one bad decision away to go down that road :-/ it is serious problem and we cannot deal with it lightly.

Sorry to hear about DP..it's heart breaking to hear that lovely soul as he clearly is, is struggling with this addiction. Nothing we can do dear friend, i am sure he knows where you are and this site is when he is ready to grab that helping hand and climb back to recovery road.

Day 138 beautiful weather er not !!! But no gambling for nearly 5 months now a lot of pain gone through don't want to sail over those rocky waters again have good day all x
