Have to start afresh for my son max bear diary.

Day 11 all very calm been here before one day at a time but have no access to cash which is massive help to me at this time not looking at form just concentrating on my 5 month old son and girlfriend and my good friends off to Spain in 3 weeks will be even more calm by then if I carry on, I have another therapy session tomorrow so all positives 🙂 have great Sunday everyone x

Day 13 what I learned yesterday in my therapy session is losing the void that non gambling leaves also getting back to life's highs and lows and not gamblings highs and lows one is fake one is real when has fake anything been good for anyone 🙂 have good day all 🙂

Well done bear you are doing great again mate keep it up.;-) thanks alot for kind words on my page,much appreciated.over 50days is really good for me but must keep my head right and get to the 100 and hopefully kick on from there.lets hope when I hit the 100 mark you are also racking up those days and are over the 50 mark. 😉 take it easy mate 1 day at a time and we will get there.

Day 16 good support network is key on this me and a good friend are keeping each other strong and family have been amazing feel a little bit of tension but I guess I deserve a little after the debt I have mounted up 🙁 no gambling today x

Day 18 family day in Henley yesterday walking with girlfriend and my son my mind still flutters when it thinks about money I've lost and hates myself I tiny bit but each day I hate myself less and am moving in right direction anyway baby swimming lessons today and Sunday roast later have a good day everyone x
