Another day gamble free,no urges so thats always a good thing.feeling good at the moment but still got plenty debts to pay off,the head go,s down a bit when I think of that but would rather have odd feelings like that than be gambling and going deep and deeper.missing my 2nd ga meeting in a row due to work commitments but hopefully be back next week.i take alot out of them so cant go to long without going to one.there are other meetings I can go to but enjoy the one am at so dont want to go to other meetings,not enjoy them and maybe drift away from them.here,s to a gamble free day tomorrow 😉 sorry mr bookie,no more of scottyboy,s money 🙂

Well all games have kicked off and I for another weekend have not placed a single bet on them.feeling really sick right now as I had a few to many drinks lastnight.feeling a bit guilty aswel as I was a bit out of order 🙁 fell out with wife and nearly got in a fight in town 🙁 not happy with myself in that sense but happy I have not gambled for 2 months now.

Feeling so much better today with no hangover lol managed to sort things out with wife after I came home drunk on fri night fell out with her.i actually apologized for being in the wrong,something I wouldn't have done had I been still gambling because when am in that zone nothing or no one matters to me.another weekend bet free enjoying watching the football and my dream team collecting some points.its a great interest thats help keep my off that 1st bet.

Another sat almost over and yet again not a single penny spent on gambling.:-) far from easy when you try and read about sport in the paper and its covered in odds for sports.having lots of days where I couldn't care less bout gambling then the odd day I think bout how good odds I see in paper or on tv ads.its so hard to get completely away from it.done few jobs around my house today and have a holiday off work next week so all good.totally ruined my last holiday off work because all I did before and during it was gamble.all am going to do this holiday is d.i.y and spend time doing stuff with my family and friends.
