i am 30 yrs old with a 2 yrs son. I start to gamble 6/7 months ago. All the time that I had a free night for my self I was drinking and after using C*****e I had to concentrate on something and I started playing slots, in particular one game that I always play, my family obviously doesn’t know about this my ex that Wich I am sharing the house with, discovered I was gambling because after I was finishing all my money I was sending his one from his phone to mine to gumble again. After he discovered that I lost all the money I have ( only two days after I ve got my wage and my benefit) I was cringing so he made me promise I would do it again and he borrowed me 600 but as soon as he got to bed I played it all and sent 300 pound more from his bank account. And spend all that as well. I m feeling a disgusting person and unresponsable mum. Like if my family would deserve a better person with them. Righ now I have 80 pound on my bank account until the 25 and I have more than 2500 pound of debts to recover from moneys borrowed me from. Friends and overdraft on bank and I really don’t know how I will do until the end of the month.
luckily my son has his father,to look after him monetary speaking obviously.
i hope that share this thing that I can’t share with anyone else will help me be a better person

Instal that on your phone and you get good deals of food for 1/3 price each day.
Buy fruits and vegetables from LIDL and ALDI which is on their weekly offers.
Potatoes 19pence a bag at the moment in lidl
Carrots 19 pence, Pearsnip 19 pence a bag etc
Please don't relly on gambling letting your brain think that of that 80 pounds you have left you can make more and then do food shopping because it doesn't work like that
