I am stronger than I thought!

Hi Lotte, always believe in yourself and don't care what other people think. As long as you try your best to lead a good life then you can't go wrong. This is how I've led my life and it's been fine. Never feel shame for being human, we all have a past and made mistakes, it's how we act in the present or future which matters. Saying that if there are any serial killers reading this then it's probably not as simple as that, maybe your slate can't be wiped clean with a resigned whistle, shrug of the shoulders and a promise to try harder tomorrow. Yet for the rest of us my earlier aforementioned philosophy is probably a good one.

Anyway, have a nice day tomorrow, enjoy your time with Maddison cos its great and be proud for not gambling.

Thanks for your post on my wall, We watched total recall today. I managed to get away from the army lol. I got an interview tomorrow as well. Back to the army monday and just 5 days and that is me done. Watch total recall its really good and it mentions about memories and things to do with past look out for it kinda has something to do with the post you wrote today.

You cant change your past your mind tries to hold onto the past but your heart wants to live in the present and your mind should too because in the present your gamble free and doing so well so think about that charlotte and how much determination you have and how happy you are little maddison not so little she is now 1 you got your whole life ahead of you and do it being gamble free and you will have an amazing life with your family 🙂

Ur such a strong person now and u av earned that right to write whatever u feel bout urself and we all respect that cos u av put so much hard work into ur recovery it's been a journey and half for u but ur still fighting and more importantly living a better life , u inspire so many people in there recoveries as u av had more ups and downs than others and are still here to tell ur story

I have had such a stressful day 2day, but I am still gamble free 🙂

I am off 2 Blackpool early 2moro morning 4 my friends hen party, 14 of us going so should be good... So I won't be posting 4 a cpl of days!

This trip is gonna be a really big test 4 me cus I have heard that there r lots of arcades at Blackpool and I know alot of my friends r looking 4ward 2 playing the machines... but I am sooo determined 2 stay strong and gamble free. I am gonna leave my card at the Hotel when we go out and if I feel like I wanna play the machines... I have agreed 2 call my bf so we can talk 4 a bit and hopefully the urges will pass.... I do not want 2 mess up now!

Also feeling a little sad 2nite, cus I have to leave Maddison 4 a cpl of days. I know she will be fine with my bf but I will miss her sooooo much... I wish I could take her with me, but I don't think she will get in the clubs lol

Hey Charl,

Just cancelled my weekend trip to Blackpool heard there was some trouble brewing a hen party I heard on the grapevine lol!

Make sure you have a brilliant time. I think you are being very sensible with the plans you are putting in place. Often if you pre plan half the battle is won. So just follow through what you said and make the weekend memorable for all the right reasons.
