Charlotte.

Today my dear gamcare friend I would like very much to say I am so proud of you, in recovery Charlotte you really have given your all, at times even when the tide was rushing against you,you found the inner strength and courage to hold on, for that I know deep from within you have become comfortable within your own skin. Today I would simply wish for you that recovery keeps rewarding your phenominal efforts with more of the same.

You represent what recovery can deliver on so many fronts and do it with an amazing amount of humility.Charlotte keep inspiring, most of all keep stepping forward never back.

Duncs compulsive gambler NO BET today.

Thankyou inspired.;)

Hi Charlotte,

Really well done on the 10 weeks Char that is really good 🙂 sounds like you got a lot on at the moment but good stuff you really are on the right track just keep going strong. Glad you had a good day at work.

Change can be good for a lot of reasons. Me I am on a massive change no more army being a soldier and no more gambling so I got a lot of changes going on, My saying is adapt and overcome it can be hard but like you said don't run away because you might be scared of change. Because some changes can be good got to just stay positive 🙂

Keep going Charlotte take care and stay strong because you are such an amazing unique person 🙂

Ricky x

Hey Charl,

Just catching up really and I realised I had not congratulated you on taking the plunge and getting this job :). I just read your post from last night about the brain being overloaded.

I think the Charl now can cope with this and can push through. You obviously impressed enough to get the job so hang in there during the training :). You have come so so far and for that you should be immensely proud.

I think in recovery one thing that stands out is you have continued to challenge yourself and so often surprised yourself too. Why would you ever want to go back to your old life? Keep doing it the right way Charl you show a maturity beyond your years and I know you can be successful in your new role.

Take Care my friend,

Flagg

Hi Charlotte,

You are a working mom now.. you have the right to feel overloaded. You are doing brilliantly and do not need to be there for everyone else 100% of the time. I have heard others say this and I agree. You are first my friend. Thinking of you and sending you huge hugs! Get some rest hun, you deserve it. Joanxxx
