Once again another good day took my son to watch Yeovil vs Bournemouth once again how nice it is to past day 8 but can't say not been thinking bout it but that's all doesn't help when a team you watch is supported by betting company

You just have to keep yourself busy... find something else to fill that void, spend more time with family, time goes by really quick and thats the one thing we dont get back...

Hi Christer,

Thanks for your comment on my page. You know what mate, I have just read your diary and every time you have got knocked down you have got back up again. Fair play mate, than takes balls and you look like you are on the way now. You are like a batsman, got to keep racking up those runs (days) and get to that century, then from there onwards and upwards. You have 16 days in the bank now, protect them. I know what you mean about money in the pocket, I have never had spare money since being an adult, I always spank it on sports bets. It will take some getting used to once I am debt free, I have lived overseas quite a lot and will start travelling with my Mrs again. Keep on fighting the good fight, you can do it. I am only on day one but I am right behind you!

Cheers

Jay

Hi Christer1

You are exactly right - you are heading towards a major test. However, you have been working towards this challenge, building up 23 GF days in the bank - a considerable reserve.

So here's a deal, tell me what you think. A bit of extra impotus for tomorrow, if you like.

Tomorrow, we don't gamble. I wont and you wont. I'll check in to your diary tomorrow, and we'll give each other the thumbs up that we're both in control and choosing life over misery.

With you all the way my friend.

All the best, Mixer (Day 6 and counting)
