Well still gamble free. Yesterday went for a lovely walk blackberry picking with my family and today watched my son win a football tournament and I must say how nice it was watching him not worrying bout how a football game was going from the Turkish league

Day counting isn't enough! You need to get some proper blocks in place whilst you figure out what drives you to gamble & stick @ dealing with those issues. I know you said recently you weren't in debt but this is a big yet if you don't address this now. Gambling hurts, don't let it take anymore of your self respect!
True to a degree but I actually feel I'm not in that much of. A bad place to how I was. In my eyes I have good blocks in place I've self excluded from every bookmaker

In respect of what ODAAT said, I would lie to echo the sentiments. Whenever you buckle, you've got to psychically block that Avenue. You've blocked bookies with proximity, but there are gaps - online and other reachable bookies. Ask the gambling side of your brain - just a quick question, we don't want to linger there - where's left to gamble? And let the non-gambling side close it off...
