Hi Christer thanks for posting on my diary. Congratulations on 2 weeks GF.

I read about the online gambling but can't comment as I've never got involved and to be honest the thought of it scares me. I can't even begin to imagine how hard it must be to keep off it. One day at a time keeps me focussed but I only have to get through until the bookies close.

I think as time go's on it becomes easier gor me to say NO to the urges but they still hang around ready to catch me off guard.
