It's clear you don't have many barriers in place to help you. How can you go to a pub, get drunk and blow 150. If you had simple barriers in place like handing over your financial affairs to a family member and not having a cash card, it wouldn't have happened. Stopping gambling means making major changes in your life and lifestyle. Some will be really tough and life changing. Using will power is often not enough, we need more help. Seriously think about how you are going to change your life and do it. Good luck

Time is not a good healer. You now no longer have the feeling of despair you had so are more likely to gamble again. When you feel good again you will have the urges again. If we could bottle the feeling when we are at our lowest and take a sip every time we want to gamble it would be easy.

Started working fulltime. I've been through many jobs but the one I loved was working for fat face however due to smoking too much cannabis I went mad and was too scared and paranoid to go to work. I then got institutionalised for a month due to hearing voices in my head and lost my job at fat face. I got better and then managed to get a different job not the same as fat face but still a job. I I now work for high and mighty fashion men's shop and am still on medication and have only had one relapse due to coming of medication, luckily I didn't loose my job that time. I haven't taken any drugs for five years now and
