I am back again after so many months gamble free, I feel into the trap of I can control it now by someone else putting bets on for me. Worked good for a few weeks then I found myself going into bookies and putting on bets as well then destruct worse than ever. I am now 37 and I need to stop forever. I cannot control gambling in anyway. I will £150 it’s never enough then I start chasing winnings. I have stopped before but this time it has to be forever or I will lose everything. I feel such an idiot I got sucked in again. Day 1 time to build a better future.
