Thank you for your post . Like the way you post in italics ( think that's the word) gives you a uniqueness , which pops out at the reader as they glance down to read what you have written

Part of me is sad you had a couple of bad days , and part of me knows it's inevertable , cause then we build our strength in our recovery , proving to ourselves we can survive the good the bad and the ugly without reverting to old habits or gambling as a way to escape .

Sorry you've had a bad couple of days but I can relate to that....no-one said it would be easy because we have to change how we think. It is a battle worth fighting for and you are doing so well!

Thanks for all the posts on my wall mate. I am now free from the army and start a new job on monday so looking forward to that I am now 117days gamble free and going strong just like you mate.
