Yaay! Another target reached without even the thought of a gamble.

Jim i would like to congratulate you on a great acheivement, and long may it continue. My downfall was online poker, which has cost me 10's of thousands over the last couple years. But like you Jim, i'm determined to put it behind me.

Day 302 not much going on here, I actually went in a bookies yesterday with my brother as he was placing a bet on the footie, no thoughts of gambling though. The hatred I have inside for gambling is greater than ever and I will never gamble again.

I agree with you mate--hate it more now than ever but I am not going to put temptation in front of me by going into the bookies. I did hear that a chap blew £3500 on the fobt's in my local one and then lost his temper and smadshed the machine up--he had to pay £500 for the repair and then self excluded himself as they were still not going to ban him!!!

Not much happening here, feel a little bit vulnerable today no real thoughts of gambling but feel weird... strange... anyway I will not gamble today.

Cheers Stumper for your post, I had a pal who 'put through' a fruit machine once and they didn't even charge him as he was a regular... never again.

No reason just an off day I guess.... not like me to be down either, but anyway feel much better today and am looking forward to the weekend, another gambling free one at that.

Just work work work nothing much else to report..... am going to read some other diaries now.

Cheers Ands, still gamble free and loving it. Not much occuring, I swear if England had beaten Algeria they would have been in the final of the WC .... but if the dog hadn't stopped for a s**t in the race it might have won.
