This is me coming back to my diary and for the first time in forever its with positive news... I am now close to 20 months being gamble free and im feeling great, My anxiety has cooled and my outlook on life is much more positive.
BUT
Although its been 20 months I have been on some close calls and I still think about gambling every day whether that be me thinking i wouldnt mind a cheeky gamble today to the more severe of thinking about ringing my local casino to allow me to cancel my self exclusion. So the diary has come bacl alive so i can stay focused over the next 6 months as im getting married on July 1st and I really dont want any hiccups before then.
I really enjoy the chat and I really enjoy how many people are on offering support and honesty to each other.
