Thanks folks for your very supportive messages. x

Good morning diary,

171 days of WINNING.

No thoughts urges or any S***e to gamble today, just positive thoughts about getting on with my day, still feeling poorly, but off to work shortly, the chest infection is taking hold, but gambling definitely

IS NOT.

How positive is that, very very positive.

Wishing everyone a positive, strong and happy gambling free day.

Suzanne xx

Morning Suzanne.

172 days is a fantastic achievement because I know how hard beating this horrible addiction is.

Have a lovely day.

Thanks Stwve,

Good morning diary.

172 days of abstaining and maintaining.

Still feel poorly, but not in any way tempted to gamble.

Late shift today, but I will get through it.

I know that if I put a tenner on win or lose I would chase and chase, so with those strong thoughts in my mind today I know I will not gamble today.

Gambling really is a total waste of our lives, time and money, so there is no point at all in playing.

Wishing everyone a positive strong and sane gambling free day.

Suzanne xx
