Hi Sarah thanks for your kind help I'm now going to join gamstop to finish the betting temptation and my wife and myself are going to all the betting shops in our town to get them to stop taking bets from myself, which I haven't done for a while now but by doing this all my ways of gambling are gone thank God.

Kind regards William

Hi william

I think that is really sensible and glad your wife is supporting you.  It will also reaffirm your commitment to staying gf.  Don’t know if any casinos where you are but think there is something called SENSE which means you could exclude yourself.  Belts and braces type thing.

stay strong and gf William

Hi Alan thanks for your reply I'm starting to enjoy the feelings of not betting and starting enjoying my family starting to see a different me, they say I'm more pleasant to be around, but not like before because my mood depended upon if I won or not but now it's different I'm always in a good mood, and that means I've won all the time.

Kind regards William

Hi all I hope everyone is staying gambling free and your struggle with your addiction is getting easier as mine seems to be, I think the reason I'm finding it easier is my main focus for betting was football and the machines in the betting shops and  because of the lack of football during the summer I think that is the reason I'm finding it easier, now I've got to be ready for the start of the football season come August that's when I will need help from everyone I know to get me through.

Hi all I hope you all are staying gambling free and it is good news I'm still bet free thank God

And the news of w**********l are going to close 700+ shops because the greedy sods aren't making enough money from those machines I now hate

I hope the rest of the bookmakers go the same way.

Kind regards William

Hi all I managed to resist the urge to have a bet thank God all because my wife got home at 3.30 and when I told her of the feelings I was having , she got me to get ready and we both went out to visit our daughter which was great because it rescued my mind from the very worst of urges the betting shops urge.

Thank God I got through it.

Hi all another Saturday nearly over and I'm still bet free wow I can't believe it I can now tell myself that betting is a mugs game and the only winners are the bookies and no matter how much you win over the course of the years you will have lost a fortune.

So my advice to you all please take a step back from betting and you'll be better and richer for it my friends.

Kind regards William

Hi all I'm still bet free and it feels great to have my mind and dignity back my family look at me differently now they now ask me if I would like to go out with them when they are going to the seaside of just to the shops and they know I will say yes because I no longer want to be stuck in the house watching racing or football .

Wow I never thought I would see the day I would be free of the chains of gambling but that's the way I feel now thank God.

Kind regards William

Hi all yes you're right in what you say what you don't know won't hurt you, so I find staying away from watching any sport is really helping

I would recommend this technique to anyone it's helped me to stay clean.

Kind regards William
