Mornin sue

Fab news on the 50 mark , how good does that feel ? !! And in those 50 days look how much u av done in ur recovery and helping others in theirs

One of the best bits of advice that is on this site is stay close to this site and ur a prime example of this , u av used it to ur benefit , logged all ur thoughts of each day good and bad shown ur emotions , all this is only goin to help u more in ur recovery , to be able to look back on ur diary and see where u were to where u r now hopefully will make u understand urself more

I hope u get things sorted with ur mom and am sure u will but ur dealing with it and not gambling through it

So sue just like those Olympians last night I'm very proud of u and u def should be of urself

Take care

Hey,

So today you leave behind the first 50 and stride merrily on to the next 50. I think you have a terrific attitude to your recovery, it makes you a hugely popular forum member. I do think the more you put in the more you get out and I think you are more proof that this is the case.

Credit to you for going to smooth things over with mom. Would Sue have done that whilst gambling? Obviously I don't know you personally but I would be quietly confident the answer would be NO. So, take the positives you continue to progress at a rapid rate and much of that owes to your commitment to this forum.

Long may the Womble stride on,

Flagg

Hey sue,

Keep using that voice chick it has served you well so far, I find if im not carefull i can quite easily go back to bottling things up, I know its dangerous behavouir for me so i have to be aware, Im impatient and im also working on that. It take time to start to open up this is an ongoing commitment that we make to our continued recovery.

Keep cracking on sue your doing fab.
