Still no top form I see , with ur new found karate skills go round to my solicitor and give him what for ! So the fitness battle is on did my 1st stint today and battered the punch bag there to release some stress

The dating world won't know whats hit in when the application goes in watch out everyone things are gonna get cranked up a gear , the womble has arrived !!

I wouldn't get to hung up about what to write in your profile. I may be wrong but isn't it the case that in the first instance we all make an instant judgement based upon the picture.. or maybe this is just a bloke thing.. or a me thing lol

For me if I read the blurb and it goes on forever like a work report or someone who has an extensive check list or it has all the cliche stuff about enjoying a nice evening in with a bottle of wine as well as scuba diving in some foreign country I tend to click on. I guess its like when people read Cv's of potential job candidates, intially all they do is glance and make an instant judgement.

For me I think if i get back into the online thing I will write something quite short, a bit whacky but funny. We all like to smile and laugh. Something self-depricating I think.

Anyway thats just me. Do what feels right for you. Happy days... S.A 🙂

Well the first one went off with a bang!! LOL maybe a chilli too many, certainly for my Lily.

As i type I have an aubergine and chickpea vindaloo on the stove ticking over gently and a sweet potato dopiaza in the oven, I have marinated some more chicken in my tandori spice and yoghurt and will go with steamed rice today,as a coolant lol.

I will post the spice mix one I have mastered it.
